Friday, August 31 – Saturday, September 8 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily
Thursday September 6 ***Special hours 9:00 am to midnight
Will you be closed if it rains?
The exhibit is fully covered under an enclosed tent so we are open rain or shine.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, the fully enclosed tent is air conditioned.
Can I exchange my ticket for another day?
Yes, if you find yourself unable to use the ticket on your original date, you’re welcome to use it at a later date with no exchange fees.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Will you have food?
Yes, we have food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Are you handicapped equipped?
Yes, the exhibits are fully handicapped equipped.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes, we have restroom facilities available.
Are photographs allowed?
Yes, photographs are allowed, however, there is a fee for photos within the Oval Office. $5 for 1 photo or $10 for 3 photos.
How do I get to the exhibit?
We encourage individuals and families to take mass transit to visit us uptown. To find the nearest bus or light rail station near you, please visit the city’s official DNC transportation site. We are conveniently located in uptown Charlotte at the corner of West Third and South Mint Streets. This location is directly across from where the Charlotte Transit Center will temporarily relocate September 3-6.
