Since its first use in 1909, the Oval Office… has become one of the most famous rooms in the world. A potent symbol of both the presidency and America itself, this is the room where the president conducts his business, and a frequent site of presidential addresses to the nation and the world. You now have the opportunity to step inside this room and take a look at life from behind the desk of one of the world’s most powerful figures. Each president is allowed to furnish the Oval Office to his own tastes, and our display reflects a generic mix of previous decor. This Oval Office replica has been used as a set for such programs as “The Today Show” and “Saturday Night Live”.
